3 - Three Talk & Text 200

Ahh 3.. Where to begin? I've been with them for 7 years now and when I took out my last contract I took it out on their £20 talk and text package that included free internet. I never recieved any paperwork to sign as everything was done over the phone and I was told as I had been with them for so long I would get a recurring £5 discount. Don't believe a word they say. I do get my discount but am being charged £5 for the internet that was meant to be inclusive in the contract I took out. When I phoned to query I was told I like it or I pay them £250 to cancel so have been stuck paying more than was agreed and for something that was meant to be included. Rip off merchants.. totally and utterly
