I Have Been With 3 Mobile For 36 Months. The Custo
I have been with 3 mobile for 36 months. The customer services is awful, they are never helpfu. I was tricked to sign an 18 month contract and was told I would have a new handset N95 NOVIA, IT WAS AWFUL. Within few days the phone was freezing.
I rang them to inform them, they refused to give me a new replacement phone and took it away for repair. I had no phone for 5 working days and once i got it back, they said it was mechanical problem, it was unrepaired. I phoned them again they refuse to believe me and said they will again take it for repair.
I was not even given a replacement phone. it happened 4 times before lastly They then blamed me saying it was water damage now. By this time I had the phone only for several weeks. They refused to give me replacement phone and by this time I had lost the phone usage for a month. The only solution they offered me was to buy a new phone, in which i bought very expensive. Customer services and the company is awful. My friends had similar problems. They are now calling me everyday pursuading me to sign another contract.

One Of The Major Pains With Three Is The Fact That
One of the major pains with Three is the fact that their call centre is in India. I ALWAYS have problems making myself understood or understanding what I am being told. Even when you think you've made yourself clear things don't often go the way they should.
My other main gripe is with the cost. The main tariff seems good, but as soon as you want to deviate from it you certainly start paying. Their web access is restricted to the sites that they 'recommend', and even that will cost you £2 per Mb. When you start needing to know things you'll soon find out that the Three web site is next to useless.
Can't wait for my 12 months to be up!

3 Talk 750 Has To Have The Worst Customer Service
3 Talk 750 has to have the worst customer service record in history.
They have a call centre in India which creates problems with the customer to staff comunication.
It has just been impossibe to hold a meaningful conversation. The phone line itself isn't great and i've been cut off after waiting for the call to be taken.
I wrote letters and never got any response, always paid the bill on time yet when I cancelled the direct debit to stop the last payment being taken, within 2 weeks I'd received a letter from a debt collection agency threatening court action.
Anyone reading this please take note of the above.
You will have problems with your phone, the network and you will have no-one to sort your complaint out.
Not recommended!
I agree with this review because...I have had exactly the same problems with unhelpful staff in call centre and no resolving of any of the many problems.

In Less Than 9 Months, My Handset Has Been Taken A
In less than 9 months, my handset has been taken away for repair/replacement. So long periods of time without a handset, as they don't supply a loan handset.
Customer service is diabolical, as they seem to have no concept of why a mobile phone is so important, and why, when they fail, the period of time you are without one is imperative.
Can't wait for the end of my contract with 3 Talk 750 to end, so that I can get rid of it! I am buying a Pay As You Go for use until November, when I can then port my number to another contract! 3 need to get their house in order, to retain high usage customers like me!
Just Had My Phone Stolen -maybe A Godsend, I'm Fed
Just had my phone stolen -maybe a godsend, I'm fed up with Three. Keeps cutting out -and that's inside London! They sent me a replacement model, maybe a little better, but not much. I feel, too, I was badly advised by Carphone Warehouse. There must have been lots of these complaints. All my friends who've tried Three have had the same experience.

I Was A Little Sceptical About 3 Until A Friend Of
I was a little sceptical about 3 until a friend of mine tried it and recommended it to me.
I had a great deal of half-price line rental for a year at www.1.2u.co.uk which means it's only £17.50 per month for 750 minutes of cross-network calls for the whole contract, plus I had a free handset. There is another deal from the Carphone Warehouse with half price for 3 months, so it's worth looking around.
The only problem I've had was when I was in the middle of countryside and lost reception for about twenty minutes.
Just about to start my third year on 3. The only problems I have encountered have been this last year when I went via Club Mobile on a 'cashback' scheme which has been a complete pain, and I'm now threatening them with legal action to get my money back. 3 themselves have always been really helpful, although, yes, the Indian call centre is a minor irritation. Despite what others say I have had no problems with reception, so I will stick with them as they still offer the best deals around. I don't need a new handset so I pay £10 a month for 500 mins/100 texts, which can't be bad.
