Bad Company Antics
I have had to phone 4 times a 30 minute intervals to change electric supply to my new address because i'm under a 2 year contract.During the telephone conversation i was bothered with 25 minutes of terms and conditions including asking me for personal details of any health conditions.It was not straight forward at all just to give MPRN number of meter at new address including address details and meter reading at old and new property! They even cut me off after aggravating me during the conversation to prolong the issue and make me spend more money on the phone!Now they have resorted to sending me a bill for the previous address even though I paid a final bill as stated;
You have sent a bill from my previous address for £66.69.I have already paid £40.38 the final bill for that address on 22/10/2015. I'm not responsible for billing address now that i have moved out! This bill you sent to my new address for £66.69 is nothing to do with me.The property owner is responsible at that address so send all future bills to him at that address! Furthermore Its is nothing to do with McAfee properties.This is a continuous form of harassment from you that i have had since phoning you 4 times at 30 minutes intervals to charge supply at my new address.I will make a review about your SSe airtricity company highlighting all this and your antics used with phoning your services! Should I get any more Harassment i will seek legal advice!
