Dont Touch Them
customer service the worst I have ever experienced.Promise to deal with issues and never happens.Never gets a call back.Smart meter installations three failed appointments and told i would get £30.00 if they do not turn up.Asked for the money owed was passed to the meter department and after many e-mails and the same reply never got the refunds.If you try to contact them on the phone its a very long wait and if you get through dont expect them to sort your issues because they dont. I have been a customer for a year and now I am free of them thank god.Do not go anywhere near them awful.Had i known how bad they were would not have joined them cheap energy price but not worth the hassle.
Worst Energy Provider In The Uk
I am experiencing the same problem as a lot of the other customers at the moment. Solarplicity never replies to any emails or ever offers a solution on phone calls.
They owe me £60 for missed engineering call outs for over 2 months now, but haven't done anything about it. They keep sending me their regular bills but don't react to any of my emails or calls. When I call them they always say that their systems are down and promise me a call back, but they never do.
What is even worse is that at the end of October I had over 3 phone calls with them to make sure they didn't automatically put me on a tariff with standing charges (which they emailed about). I got it confirmed twice that this was the case. But guess what, first bill arrived with standing charges on them!
They are simply the worst energy provider in the UK.
