Staff from Revo Utilities asked me to sign up another energy company for electricity and gas. They asked me not to speak to any other broker or the current supplier as they would act on my behalf to deal with the bills and transition. They lied that they spoke to my current suppliers and asked me to pay £5000 in total to settle all the bills so that they could take me out of the contract and transferred me to other companies with cheaper rates. They made emails to show the balance that I needed to pay and lied they would provide official documents once it’s done. They did not respond to my WhatsApp or answer my calls once the money was deposited to them.

I will definitely report it to the UK Action Fraud for investigation and hope they can arrest these bad people! Also I will make a complaint to Energy Ombudsman for this sham from Revo Utilities.

The Director or senior management of Revo Utilities please contact me ASAP once you read this message, I will write and email to your company. We cannot tolerate this! DO NOT USE, NO MORE VICTIMS!

Do not use this company. rip off merchants. they will get you to sign up for gas electric and water and tell you it cheaper.

they hide figures so it looks cheaper.“Horrible service with horrible staff” still waiting on a call back, customer service is shocking.!!!
