Great Service- Was Quick And Saved Me $650 A Year
I kept paying my energy bills assuming what I paid was the best rate I could get with Origin. A friend recommended Make it Cheaper and I received a call from one of their team who made a recommendation and organised the switch for me.

Great service, easy to use and provided me with concise information about energy provider alternatives. No pressure to make a switch. Great as I didn't have to do the shopping around to find a better deal!
Wish MIC had a higher profile as I didn't know who they were and had received a few phone calls before I actually took the time to listen to who they were and what they could do for us.

This company rang our office and did a comparison for energy rates. It worked out to be cheaper, so we agreed and they ran through the agreement and rates for compliance. However they left off charges that would make the switch more expensive.
We received a second phone call because the first phone call was inaudible or unclear (apparently), and the agent then added on extra charges that made the plan more expensive by approx. $120 per month.
Very deceptive. The agent clearly omitted this and put us on a contract they knew would cost us more money without telling us.

I've spoken with your office who said they would call back after we ran through the problem this has caused.
Then difficulty is, you are actually unable to fix them problem the company has caused, as it involves a permanent change to future cash flows. I'll forward contact details with review centre.

I don't know why everyone's not using this service. They called me back at a time that suited me, were easy to understand, plesant and polite, the whole process was done in 10 minutes!
