Big thank you to Business Electricity. We have had an issue going back a few year's. Our bills have always been very high and talking directly to the electricity supplier got us nowhere. All they ever told us was that our bills were correct and that there was nothing we could do about it. Business Electricity & Gas identified the problem straight away. Our electricity company was billing us 3 times over what they should have been billing us because according to their systems our meter had a multiplier on it. We were not quite sure what all this meant but after Business Electricity & Gas spoke to our supplier and pointed this out they accepted this and issued us a huge refund. We would have never got to the bottom of this our selves. Thank you once again.

Dan from www.businesselectricity.net saved our company over £3,500 a year. He did say that the price we paid per kWh was competative but did spot something on the bill that did not look right. Dan looked into our Capacity Charge paid to our electricity supplier. The capacity was set when the building was built and has never been altered. Dan reduced our capacity thus saving us over £3,500 a year. This advice was free and will definaly be contacting them again when our contract comes up for renewal.
