Kept my mam on the phone for over 9 mins getting a number for british gas at a cost of over £25.00 im taking her into k com this morning to get to the bottom of this . Disgusting treatment of a vunruble oap theyd of known by her voice when shen she called

Don't ever EVER ring this number, it cost me £5 to make a 15 second call to find out the number i wanted wasn't listed. £5! This is just another way for Kcom to rip everyone off.

I was charged £4.97 for a 1 1/2 minute call for a number that I had already got from the internet, they did not have an alternative number.

The Reading dialling code is 0118.... so when my phone failed to dial the 0 I was ripped off £4.45 for a 10 second call for which I did not ask for a number. A complete rip off!!

By mistake I had been given this no to ask for b/gas people, when u gave me the no I was thanking u when u asked me to pass me on to a free no ,and not once did u tell me that u ve charging me for doving that, the very next day I was told by by that u had charged me £2017' as I was talking to b/gas for one hour trying to talk ed them to take me as a custom and still not knowing u u ve on line too,by has been looking into this,they just told me that can't do a lot as u wanted to talk to me,well I can't call that same no so by told me to look u up on lien,still can't get an adderss to tell u what u have done to me,I have to c,a,b they are looking into this for me,as I'm disabilitel and a u in a low income,I don't have that king of money to pay u, bt has told me that I have just a week,and they will cut me of,if I get cut off they will be citing my life line too,as that phone is for emergency,as I will not have any one to help me,so u see what u have down to me is so up seting,I am in teas all day and so close to exmas,so can u tell me why that woman did not tell me that I was going to get charged for putting me on to British Gas ,,so please help me , Thank you Hope to hear soon,

118 288 Directory Enquiries (Kingston Communications) - I found 4 other providers that were cheaper, however as I am not a regular user I cannot comment on customer service; maybe also other bonuses such as SMS, texting and number of searches could be the reason for higher prices of other services. The lowest I found was 118802 at 27 pence, the highest 118505 at £4.50 for the same call. There are currently at least 54 providers (some may actually be the same company), some only with one number and others with 29... 118288 I counted 28 lines for the same provider at the same rate.
