BT Vision

bt vision is awful every time they make changes I lose bt sport for 2-3 days customer service is terriable and not even located in the uk all they say is I understand your frustration this must be on a wall in ther office as all there people use the same frase I would not recommend this product to anyone .

BT Infinity is great - with lots of hotspots/shared wifi round the country and excellent speeds, but BT TV is not so good.

As others have said, there are pauses, recordings that don't work and because so much of the programming comes from your internet connection, if that is down then no more programs. The remote control is complicated and freezing is common.

Much as I hate Sky prices, they have pretty much got it sewn up in terms of a usable, reliable and intuitive interface, I have just cancelled the contract, paid the cancellation charge and Sky is coming back tomorrow. It'll be good to have it back.

Had this for 18 months, constant crashing, lock ups, lost recordings, not worth the money I paid for.

On top of this on Renewing they said if you cancel your subscription you won't be able to use your box anymore is complete garbage.

Bt vision is quite possibly the worst product I have ever purchased. Has not worked tidy from day 1. Always freezing, switching itself off, even films I have paid for freezing. Now it is so bad I cannot watch a singal programme without it freezing. Also the bt customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I thought Sky was bad but I am going back to them, the lesser of 2 evils I guess. I would advise anyone thinking of switching to Bt vision to stay with sky or freeview as it is a complete waste of money.

I took this package out based on a promise that BT would evaluate the signal strength and assure me that it would function fully. BT engineer did check and assurance was given that it would work. The following day things started to go wrong. BT sent engineer after engineer out to problem shoot and still no joy. We are tied into a 12 month contract that we cant get out of without paying a penalty.

Before making the next statement I would like to make it very clear that I am in no way at all racist.

After a long time on hold I spoke to a call handler that I could not understand so I politely asked to speak to someone that could speak better English, the call handler hung up on me!

I will never ever deal with BT again nor will I recommend them.

BT vision apparently 'upgraded' What a joke.

The red button for all updates has gone. We recorded a series before going on holiday and a critical second episode failed. No explanation or reason why. The promotional material implies you can watch a current series, but how.

Selecting a search on the TV and guess what nothing.... RUBBISH

As an Olly Murs fan, I would like to listen and watch his music videos, and as 'busy' and 'thinking of me' are my two favourites, I couldn't seem to find them. They were on there before, but now you've got rid of them. If you're gonna have music videos on there, you might as well keep them! Of you want to get rid of songs, get rid of Justin Biebers because his are worse than Ollys! And you can't they busy and thinking of me are getting old, when please don't let me go is still on there, and that was his first ever single released.

This TV service is so poor , which combined with an atrocious customer services team who now have resorted to lying,

meant that I have just paid £500 pounds to terminate this joke of a service, that's how bad it is .

When I return to Virgin however I will save more than that over the first year .BT you have now lost a customer for life, and I really hope you all expire painfully of Ebola .

Only good for watching normal tv. Try purchasing a film or watching anything on the I player and the picture just freezes all the time. We have BT fibre broadband which is great, so that's not the problem. This has been put on the market when it doesn't work properly.

Good luck trying to get help from the chilled Indians when calling the helpline.

Avoid this item. I will be getting a refund

Bt vision is getting better , the new improvements make it alot more easier to use and the selection of on demand content is really up to date and theres plenty of it, all which you can watch when you want to watch it.
