AVOID! Avoid! Avoid!

Thet took my money and provided nothing. They have no contact numbers and only one email address wich they use to send out bills but will not answer any mails sent to that address. Complete fraud and should be shut down. Ignore the early postings, they were put up by themselves.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY !!

I joined this ISP 2 days ago and the bandwith speed was even lower then my previous ISP 'o2'. On the ISP's site he states that there is a 24/7 support number but this is not even available. The ISP has now ceased my service becuase i have apparantly not paid, even though i have recieved an invoice from the ISP.

I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake

Absolutely awful.

They bad mouth other ISPs - was looking at multiple ISPs and ask them to compare against them. Badmouthed every one of them, even some of the more reputable firms.

Was also looking on thinkbroadband and ispreview to find that they had been removed for posting reviews about their own company! very unprofessonal and shows that they are just a one man band in a bedroom.

Would I recommend, hell no. They just resell obit telecom.

i have just paid fee to have broadband ac with smith media,while on holiday should have been switched from o2.I have tried contacting 5 times on customer support number,no answer only rec message saying they will return call five times.

Great service, have been with them for over 3 months now and have had a perfect connection, decent speeds and no drops. They seem to care more than other providers. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try.
