I was impressed with Clive the smoth media guy to start with BUT I was paying £30 a month and found out that I was really paying over the odds , So i asked him for a MAC code and since then I have been cut straight off , emailed them several times and no reply - ITS a joke and they actually owe me money which as soon as I get on internet I will be going to the consumer complaints - JOKE

If I could give this company no stars I would. I signed up for their broadband online. Have not heard a thing apart from receiving the next invoice by email. Avoid. This company take your money and provide you with zilch. Tried to phone but it goes to a fax machine. Have sent 2 emails, no reply to either. They must be making a fortune scamming people out of money. By the way, if you've made a payment, check your online banking direct debits. There will be a recurring dd for this company so please don't forget to cancel it!!!

Funny how all of these reviews are positive, I've recently purchased their unlimited package and have not heard high or low about when its coming or if my migration went through, and that was almost two weeks ago.
The "urgent" line is a fax number and they wont email me back.
Bit suspicious all these reviews are so close together.
Never heard of them before, now i know why.

I have recently been with O2 and talk talk and Smithmedia by far are the most helpfull ISP I hae been with . The speeds I get from them are constant and the downloads speeds are best I have from any other provider .
I would certainly recommend anybody using them . Cheers
