I recommend everyone to change over to NetZero. Very easy to sign up and very cheap. The cheapest around.

The service I received from NetZero was okay.... the dial up service was pretty fast sometimes... other times very slow... about what you would expect for dial up.

I would recommend to say no to "complementary "high speed internet service for 1 month when you call in to cancel your service.It sounds good. They make it sound as though they provide you back-up service for 1 month only, free of charge, no strings attached. What they don't tell you is that they start charging your credit card after one month for this "complementary" service... so when you thought you had cancelled your internet service with them... you still up being charged. Apparently you have to call in after the month is over to now cancel your "complementary" service. Very dishonest. Thats all I have to say....all to squeeze a few more bucks out of you.
