Griffin is the best broadband supplier I have ever had.

The customer services team are so helpful and easy to talk to.

I would recommend Griffin to anyone as they are the best.

We were swapped from Zen to Griffin by Network Telecom, the download speed has dropped through the floor, used to be able to view videos with no buffering, now you are lucky to get 2 seconds worth before re-buffering which makes it impossible. Not recommended

Well, we have our business broadband with Griffin and had ongoing issues ever since that they are not able or not willing to resolve. Our high speed internet peaks at about 1MB throughout the day, which is ridiculous for the price we pay. View the speedtest link below.

They are not very helpful and browsing with them feels like being back in the mid-90s with dial up. I would never recommend this company, buy dear get cheap.

Great customer service - they always respond and are very helpful. No foreign call centres.Low contention ratio - I've very seldom had loss of speed at peak times.

Overall really good compared to bigger outfits, but their prices are very steep by comparison. You get what you pay for, though!
