I Want To Thank Customer Services Who Were Finally
I want to thank customer services who were finally able to get me connected to my e-mail account, after three others over a period of over 2 hours had failed. He was clear, understandable, had good command of the English language, was never condescending, and after reviewing what the other techs had done (or in this case had not done, solved my problem quickly.
I Think That Earthlink"s Customer Service Is Among
I think that Earthlink"s customer service is amongst the worst I have ever encountered.
