Service breaks to often, traveling with it is a No-No

csutomer service POOR !!!! Travelled just from CHarleston

to New Orleans, service gone, activate new is like elect a new president for a country. On top getting tired speaking with bad english speaking indians reps !!!

CAn not Recommand it to anyone.

Crewmembers bought same and wee not able to ctivate the service at all.

These people are liars. Don't believe what they tell you-they also don't know what they are doing-that includes there so-called managers. We have been promised delivery of a modem several times now and each time they tell us something different. If you have a choice do not choice cricket unless you want problems. apparently they can't even tell you if it has shipped or not-how do they operate?customer service sucks big time

Cricket is not reliable and it's very slow. It has a very poor customer service. We can't talk to a live person if we need assistance. Everything is automated. I don't receive a billing statement and if I go to a Cricket store to pay, they only accept Cash. They don't accept Credit Card or Checks. I went to a Cricket Store located at 100 Highland Avenue, National City, Ca, the Customer Service lady was very rude. When I was talking to her, her phone was infront of her and she was sending text while I was talking to her. Her eyes were blank because her concentration was on the text message she was sending.

When I went on-line, www.mycricket.com, to log-in, I keyed in the phone number assigned to my broadband. The system was asking for my password. Unfornately, I don't know my password and the system was saying that a temporary password will be sent to the assigned phone number. How can I receive the text that the phone number is not a real phone?

I needed some help to set-up my account, I called the 800 number listed on the one and only first billing statement they sent me, I can't talk to a live person. I felt helpless. VERY POOR CUSOTMER SERVICE.

Therefore, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

This is by far the least reliable and most frustrating type of internet i've ever attempted to use. Countless "local only" or "limited connectivity" sessions were marked as a "success" in the log, when in reality it should have read "EPIC FAILURE". Disconnecting and reconnecting over and over in hopes of actually getting it to stick... And no one at technical support know what they're doing or speaks easily understandable english. The fact that i called them three times in the first 48 hours and learned that early not to bother doing it again speaks for itself. It gets 2 stars for the price, as you certainly are getting the cheapest internet available. And i don't say that as a pro. Cricket broadband made me want to throw my computer off my balcony. Just don't do it. Writing this review is my only revenge against the lifespan-shortening frustration it induced.

I have used cricket for almost a year. The speed is getting worse and worse. It is like a dial up internet. I will cancel as soon as I find a new provider.

The modem is disconnected very frequently now. I'm not sure if the system is overloaded now as they sign up too many customers or they are just bad.

THE SPEED IS WAY UNDER WHAT IS ADVERTISED IN THE CRICKET BROCHURES, AND THE CRICKET REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED THIS MODEM. IT IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE MODEM I HAVE EVER USED. IT DOES NOT SUPPORT MANY ONLINE SERVICES WITH ANY RELIABLE STABILITY. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL, AND AT THE MOMENT THAT IS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THE CRICKET A 600 BROADBAND MODEM THAT I HAVE FOUND AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE VERY LOW UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD SPEEDS. IT IS OKAY MOSTLY FOR EMAILING AND SOME SLOW INTERNET SURFING. IT IS GREATLY DISAPPOINTING IF YOU EVER LIKE TO WATCH ONLINE TV OR MOVIES, OR LISTEN TO ONLINE MUSIC. ALSO, FORGET HAVING ANY STABLE CONNECTION WITH A USB PHONE, LIKE THE MAGIC JACK PHONE SYSTEM USING THIS MODEM. I HAVE YET TO FIND ANY ONLINE MUSIC OR TV/MOVIE VIEWING THAT WOULD PLAY WITHOUT SHUTTING DOWN COMPLETELY OR STOPPING TO BUFFER LITERALLY ABOUT EVERY 2-3 SECONDS.

Cricket Broadband looked and sounded good in the shop, but after using for 2 weeks, the speed is below promised (promised 300 - 700 Kbps)(getting 250-325 Kbps), plus unit has begun shutting off sporadically. VERY unhappy with the performance of this product - I DO NOT recommend it to anyone who wants consistent service and decent speed.
