Airstream Communications

Airstream Communications is probly the slowest 3 mbps iv ever used its slow react time and does not offer fast download speeds like other cable places..

We do not have a choice of which internet provider we use without Airstream Communications costing us tons of money. Wish it would run a lot better and faster.

Airstream Communications is probably one of the worst ISPs you could possibly have, while the support is decent sometimes they don't reply to support emails. My biggest complaint was about the port blocking, I wanted run a small server with email and everything for a site I run, I had my webserver setup just fine, however my mail server wouldn't send mail out, I emailed them and they said they were blocking serveral ports and port 25 was one of them and that it is against their TOS agreement to run a smtp relay, after reading their TOS it did say that, they said I could upgrade to a Business Plan which probably cost a few hundred a month, and I would get a static IP with no port blocking, this was obviously not an option for a email server with 5 or 6 accounts. I have also seen other customers running mailservers finding away around the blocking, but I didn't do that. I was very disappointed about this, and the speed/price. WOULD NOT recommend this company or any of the companies that branch off it.
