Worst Service Ever, Don't Use
I have never used such an unprofessional company ever.
Currently in dispute with them over a contract.
Broadband speed is awful, as is their customer service. Actually their customer service is SUBSTANDARD
Avoid like the plague!!
Thumbs Up To 3d Telecom
Finally, a refreshing change from the usual sharks and their promises of the world they can't deliver. I signed up my Business and Home with this fairly new company in January and my bills have decreased by nearly 50%. Great Service. No Robot Answering Machines and looked after really well. Surprised there aren't more reviews. £4.99 Line Rental for 1st 6 months and when I got offered a cheaper deal by someone else only the month after they matched it straight away. Good Job Guys.
I will tell all of you hard working people out there that this comment was written by a member of staff at 3D, it's a load of Tosh! Avoid using this company, in the same respect you would avoid the plague!
There is a incredible amount of empty promises and a complete lack of service!!!
Existing customers, heads up, there is only 3/4 staff and none are trained personnel in telecoms!!! Leave whilst u can!!!!
