I had to transport my two Rhodesian ridgebacks from Uk to Cyprus and Pet air did really excellent job organising all for me from taking them from my home and receiving them in destination, will definitely recommend to everyone , big thank you and if needed in the future will definitely use the services again!

We needed to fly our large dog fro the UK to USA (California) and had no real understanding of how to do so. We contacted Pet Air UK and paid to have them help us handle the trip. They were excellent!!! We used their silver service. They provided the crate, communicated with us throughout the process, helped us with the paperwork, booked her on the same flight as us direct, met us at the airport and the whole process went as smooth as we could imagine. We did have a bit of a run-around with Virgin cargo and US Customs once we arrived in LA but that had nothing to do with Pet AirUK. Yes, flying a big dog is expensive but to have peace of mind and a happy healthy puppy at the other end it was all worth it!!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PET AIR UK!!

Flying pets to New Zealand is very expensive and we got lots of different quotes, but from the time we spoke to the team at Petair we realised that we wanted to pay professionals to do the work at a time when we had an awful lot to do. It was money well spent. There was lots of paperwork to fill out initially, but once that was done it all went very smoothly indeed. Key bit of advice is get lots of quotes, call up and speak to the best ones and really look at what different companies offer.

A+. Looked after us and our dog really well. And cheaper than other quotes we had. They collected our dog, did the vet work and flew him to LAX. Very happy.

Fantastic service by the Petair team. When we moved to Australia we were worried about our much loved cats and how they would cope with the journey. They are now settled into our new house and are very happy. The support and reassurance we got from the guys at Petair was second to none. We were so worried about our cats and surviving the journey, but definitely this worried us more than it worried the cats.

Thanks so much to all the team at Petair UK for looking after my cats. My husbands job offer came through and we had to dash, so we left them with Petair and literally, they arrived at our doorstep in Singapore without having to lift a finger. The cats travelled really well also and arrived looking fresh and happy. Thanks again. Great service.

We moved our three cats from England to France in February, 2014. To be honest, the admin staff at Petair did not inspire confidence. We had to check and then re-check every detail, because they kept making mistakes, and were very shirty when these were pointed out to them.

But, it would seem that once they were in the hands of professionals at Petair's own premises everything changed. The arrangements for us to collect them at the French end (presumably the admin department again) were non-existent to chaotic, but when we did finally pick them up (and not on the busy traffic roundabout initially suggested) they emerged from their carriers gleaming and purring. And that, I suppose, is the only really important thing.

So, I would give Petair a qualified recommendation. Excellent pet care, but be prepared to make all your own admin arrangements, and check, check, and check again. And cheap it is not.

Crosby, Jack Russell Terrier UK to Bermuda. All went very smoothly thank-you. We arrived at Gatwick 20mins early and your driver was already waiting for us. He was first class, outlining everything the dog was

going to go through before we saw him again, and very reassuring, answering all questions. The carrying crate was excellent. Not sure how it will work on the way back but I guess we may well be in touch again in two or three years.

We just moved our two very large dogs from England to America and the process was made very easy thanks to petair. We paid for the gold package and got our monies worth. They picked up the dogs exactly when they said they would and sent us emails throughout the journey so we knew where they are and how well they were. Would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service.
