Pucci Designer Petwear

I ordered a collar and a lead. They sent the wrong lead and the collar broke in an hour.

I telephoned them repeatedly and could never get through to a person. I e mailed and never got any replies.

I returned the goods to them, at my own cost, and did not get a refund.

I have never heard from them again since I ordered - this is extremely shoddy service and I would definitely suggest that you DO NOT ORDER from these people.

I ordered over £50 worth of items from them, and the order accidentally went through twice - I emailed STRAIGHT away to advise, received nothing back - emailed twice more - nothing. Received 2 orders - called them straight away and she mentioned they would not have checked their emails yet after returning from vacation!! What a waste of time and money if people wanted different sizes etc and emailed through!

Sent both orders back as one was faulty and the other order not needed. Sent Special Delivery Next Day - called 5 days later to ask where my Paypal refund was - said they would process - called another 4 days later - no answer... emailed 4 times... nothing!!! In the end after them receiving the items back over 3 weeks later - I raised the case with Paypal and claimed my money back - if I hadn't I fear I would STILL be waiting!!

Terrible customer service, items poor quality and then attempting to take my money through not refunding! Will DEFINATELY not use again, and would NOT recommend to anyone!

This was my third jumpers for our 2 dogs the size is bad

I would now not buy anymore first ones were great but the next two lots were not

Pucci clothing/style is very nice,however, the quality is very poor. I Washed my dogs sweater a few times and the sweater looked like is was very old and i had to throw it out.All to say, Pucci clothing for dogs has a very nice style and ideas to its clothing but it does lack quality.

I have been trying without success to get a replacement order for 2 collars since July and have sent numerous emails to manager and cannot get a response.

It offers many different clothing clothes and accesories for dogs. Lucy (my dog) looks very nice in a Pucci petwear.But the quality is not so good.

A few years ago they changed.Think they have been taken over .Its total OVER priced RUBBISH badly made and falls apart .I buy a lot for my dog and have never been so dissapointed by this clothing company .The people are not nice when you confront them ! They do not care at all .Not dog lovers I think! Their collars and leads fall apart and the clother's dont even handwash and flat dry really just a RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their stuff looks really nice, I love the clothes, charms and collars, unfortunately... I emailed puchi petwear to find out where my nearest stockist is, as I wanted to see before I bought. Took them nearly four weeks to reply!

Look nice for 5 seconds before it fell apart! I don't recommending spending your money on a Puchi/Pucci collar & lead, the one I bought just fall apart.

Well worth a visit if only for the free coffee and dog biscuits.I brought a load of designer dog clothing for my pooch from Designer Dogs in Wymondham, Norfolk. They stock a range of designers from Puchi to outward hound and other American designers. The shop is lovely and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable.
