I have used PetLondon several times to order Puppia harnesses and other bits. With every order I have done, what I ordered on the site hasn't been in stock and so there has been adjustments made which is frustrating a few things weren't ever coming back into stock so an alternative product selected instead. The website shouldn't list products as in stock if they are not. More annoyingly is the fact that the level of customer service has dropped significantly. I am now waiting for an order that was made nearly two weeks ago - again with things that weren't in stock which had to be replaced. You cannot get hold of anyone at the shop the phone just rings and rings. Its so unfortunate because they are a main Puppia stockist and have lovely products but are just totally unreliable.

I must say, it came very quickly as I only ordered 2 days ago, so thank you very much for that :)

However, the harness came in the wrong size and I'm gutted, I rang PetLondon and a rather unprofessional

Hello came from the phone, she then explained I could exchange the sizings which is what I wanted, however

Really good quality clothes, and the treats are adorable, the collars on there are gorgeous and really different, I love this site, it's really trustworthy and good to buy from, I would really recommend it to anyone who is thinking about buying from the Pet London site, I'd say go for it, youll be really happy!
