Loveson Body Protector

We bought a body protector for our daughter and the zip broke after hardly any use. When we emailed Lovesons, to ask if his company would repair or replace it, all he did was moan about the credit crunch and that his business might be affected if any of his distributors close down. I replied asking why he had avoided answering the enquiry about his faulty product, stating that I wasn ' t too happy that we ' d paid for something that hadn ' t lasted more than a few months with minimal wear and that now exposed the safety of our daughter.

I never received a second reply, suggesting a lack of ability or inclination to repair or replace the protector. I assume Mr Loveday has considered that the cost of providing customer service outweighs the risk of dissatisfied customers. We ' ve now got a REIVER AIROWEAR which appears to be far superior in quality and reliability, so at least something good has come out of our temporary and terminated interest in Loveson products.
