I Bought An Ebook For Training My Two Rescue Dober
I bought an ebook for training my two rescue dobermans who are getting into some bad habits. The entire book is based on history of breed, which is interesting, but it's not what I paid for. If you need training tips, this book has NOTHING to offer. Bummer. Total rip off. However, it did have some really great pictures, and gave a VERY indepth history of the breed. (30 pages worth).

The words "total rip off" are out of order here. The book is mainly intended as a breed history of this wonderful breed. Furthermore, in 10 years of business, we have never ONCE refused a refund. Which means you never got in touch to express even the mildest of dissatisfaction with the product. Had you done so, you would have been offered a full no quibble refund, as we do not want anyone to be unhappy with anything they buy from us. Hardly the approach of a "rip off" merchant is it?

Hope that proves that whilst the product is not what you were after, we are proud to be thought of in the UK as one of the most honest online businesses in the dog world, and would never ever seek to take someone's money without providing significant value in return :)
