Promised small class, but many puppies. Trainer shouted throughout, no one knew what was going on at all! Nothing explained or broken down, everyone walking into each other. Kids running around, treat after treat after treat fed, pups being sick and attention span totally gone. So disorganised. Paid upfront for 'large' venue, kept changing it to a small cramped room. Didn't bother checking pups were vaccinated. Open plastic bags of treats lying on the floors, very dangerous. Very disappointing, waste of time and money. Learnt more at home on you tube.
