Felix Chunks In Jelly

I have fed both my boys on felix for the last 2 years + & they love it but recently (over the last 2 months) I've noticed that the jelly is a terrible grey colour & it smell dreadful. The first of the pouches in one box I opened made them both physically sick & I returned these to where I purchased them, eventhough they were in date, & asked if I could swap for another box, which they had no problem with. The second box was fine thankfully but I purchased 3 boxes on offer & found 2 of these boxes had the same problem with approx 8 out of 12 pouches, which I didn't dare feed to the boys, so had to throw them out :(

I'm not very happy as Jo Jo my 4 year old ended up at the vets.

I'm sorry to have to say, I think it may be time to find a new cat food.

My cats arent at all very fussy. I went to buy a few cans of ddry food.

Since they love felix so much I was going to buy it at 56p. But then a lidl brand cat food called coshida caught my eye. And it cost 45p. I tried to give them the food but they simply refused. i have heard the same from other people aswell. In the end i had to get rid of the food by mixing it with felix, and it worked. BEWARE. CHEAP FOOD ISNT ALWAYS AS GOOD AS IT MAY SEEM.

Beware the weight of the Felix Chunks In Jelly. My cats were left hungry so I decided to weigh the pouches and found that they were just over half the weight they should have been.

Felix Chunks In Jelly - I gave this to my cat as my local shop was out of his usual. I was a bit worried about changing his food as I've always heard it can cause problems but no such thing occured with Ziggy. He licked off all the jelly then tucked into the chunks - I haven't had the heart to go back to the old food as he likes this one so much!

Our lovely (opinionated) burmese loves Felix, but it gives him dreadful diahorrea! Be warned if you have a pet you will need to introduce it slowly
