The Woodlands Kennels, Rochdale

had my dogs stay at woodlands again,3 times this year,so nice to be able to go away with piece of mind knowing that our dogs enjoy there stay so much,as soon as we approach the woodlands our dogs know where they are and get so excited and to see the welcome they give the staff tells us everything we need to know.there face book page and updates are of course a big help while we are away,to get pictures of our dogs while out walking or playing really helps us to relax and enjoy ourselves.thank you guy

had my 2 dogs at the woodlands for 10 day stay,was very nervous about leaving them in kennels after couple bad experiences in 2 other kennels,after picking them up from previous kennels our dogs had suffered weight loss and seemed very timid and took several weeks to get back to there jolly selves.decided we would never go away again then our vet recommended the woodlands kennels,so glad he did.couldnt believe the difference when we picked them up,they where so happy to see us yet seemed reluctant to leave,they absolutely loved the staff and could tell they really enjoyed there stay.will deffinately be using the woodlands again and highly recommend them

my 3 dogs have been to woodlands kennels on 4 occasions now and each time we leave them with piece of mind,excellent service by people who really care for dogs,the minute we drive towards kennels and dogs realise where they are going they get so excited,we can log on to there face book page Dailey and can see pictures of them relaxing or out on there walks.highly recommend you give these kennels a go,thank you eddie leon and staff,see you again in February,alan and family

we put our little pug into woodlands kennels Rochdale last week for 12 days. we were very worried about leaving her as we have never used kennels before with our other dogs. well we were very happy on our return our dog was so well cared for and so happy she had enjoyed herself so much.we will definitely use woodlands again without worrying about her at all thank you woodlands

Tried several boarding kennels over the years for my dog teddy,after collecting him from each kennels over years teddy was never happy and took several weeks to come round and forgive us then a friend and our vet recommended the woodlands kennels.we liked what we saw on viewing and explained to Eddie teddy had a few problems,mainly being very hyper,eddie recommended we let him try change his diet over the course of his staff which we agreed,the day came to drop him off for his 2 week stay,always upsetting leaving him,they kept us informed on his progress and the day came to collect him.well what a difference,a completely changed very happy dog.although teddy gave us such a welcome I'm sure had we walked away and left him there he would of been happy.been home with us now for 2 weeks and we are really happy with his progress.have booked him in again for January and this time we will be able to go away with piece of mind knowing he's in good hands.we highly recommend you give these kennels a try,thank you eddie leon and the staff

I bought Charlie my cocker from Eddie in August 2011

and would have no hesitation in recommending this kennels to anyone. Although still very young at purchase I could clearly see the love & affection given to my pup by Eddie, it was amusing to see that he had the run of the house and responded very positively to eddies command .Charlie is now 3yrs old and has a wonderful personality which I put down to eddies early efforts and which I have carried forward.Eddie was quick to point out

the important requirements of the breed diet & exercise and how it can effect there mental and physical well being. I now believe I have a fantastic knowledge of my dog "testament to Eddie" and wouldn't swap him for all the money in the world. Never really got the chance to thank Eddie properly for holding Charlie for me whilst I travelled down from the midlands though I new Eddie had other interested parties but as he said he new I was fully committed via our telephone discussion.

Charlie is an integral part of our family life now and we feel very Honoured and lucky to have him.

We bought a cocker spaniel from Eddie who is adorable. The only down side is we felt we were mislead with her age. We were told she was 11 weeks old when in fact when we checked paper work she was 15 weeks old. When i mailed Eddie to mention this and tell him that i wasn;t happy that i was mislead i was just told that what ever the age is on the paperwork is the correct age which i was a bit taken aback as when we met Eddie he was really nice but his mail back to me didn;t match up to the person we met when we bought the puppy. It doesn't really matter that she was 15 weeks old we would have had her still anyway but we feel that we were mislead. Always check paperwork before paying.

After said and done she was still well looked after and i would still recommend people to buy from him just double check things before you pay.

I bought a cavalier King Charles spaniel from these guys and have to say, he's absolutely adorable! Eddie whom I saw was great, plenty of advice , supplied me with what I needed, will go back and show the little fella when he's a bit older,

Recommended, well worth the 4 hour drive!
