Having experienced another kennel that left my dog very distressed, I was very unsure if the same experience would be had.

From the first inspection, to the first stay - the staff were very welcoming and helpful and put both myself and dog's mind to rest as the whole experience was enjoyable for my Irish Setter and stressfree for me!

Since then we have used the wonderful facilities of London, Kent & Essex Kennels for mini breaks away as well as longer trips.

Having a larger dog, the space given was great - plenty of room to exercise and a seperate area to rest/sleep (heating is also provided!). Lovely paddock to exercise in (he doesn't like going on concrete).

Would highly recommend - in fact just told a work colleague this morning!

Wonderful friendly staff and very obliging. Answered all my questions and explained everything. Spotlessly clean when I cold called to view. I was very nervous leaving my elderly dog and scatty cat. They made me feel confident that they would be well looked after and they did not let me down. Returned my call when I was abroad and reasured me all was well. He came back clean and bushy tailed. In fact I think he was disapointed to come home and I know my cat loved watching the birds in the aviary. I would highly recommend and will definately use again
