Airpets managed the shipping of Archie, our cat, from northern UK to San Francisco and also his return. The outward leg of the journey was really well managed with friendly knowledgeable staff and a smooth process throughout. Paperwork and veterinary requirements were well communicated. The pick-up from home and transfer to London was great and the staff, either in person or on the phone, really seemed to care, keeping us up to date along the way. The arrival at SFO was seamless and the well prepared paperwork ensured a clearance through customs in the U.S. in record time.

When the time came to return, Airpets recommended a partner company in San Francisco with whom they worked to handle the U.S end of Archie's return to the U.K, with Airpets picking up at Heathrow and clearing Archie through Animal Receiving. This company was equally as good as Airpets (O'Brien Animal Transportation Services or OATS if anyone is interested) and the way the two companies worked together was absolutely excellent. Again, a seamless trip and clearance in the U.K. in record time.

None of the service was cheap but the peace of mind (we couldn't travel on the same flights as Archie) and the way everything came together made it more than worthwhile. Both companies handled everything so well and all the staff involved were a real credit to their business...and more importantly than anything a treasured animal safely make a very long round trip.

I didn't need to use Airpets cattery, I did use Airpets to assist in the processing, pick up and delivery of my cats that were coming into the UK on Pet Passports from Greece. From the start they were very helpful and professional while also providing a friendly and sympathetic service to what can be very stressful process for a pet owner. They helped point out any problems in my paperwork so I could rectify any mistakes before my pets arrived at Heathrow and eager to offer any advice they could. I feel that they contributed very positively to a successful outcome.

Excellent day with plenty of variety for all the family and pets. Very relaxed, happy atmosphere. Fun for all - for people and fur-people alike. Everybody seemed to be having a good time. The hydro-therapy demonstration was very interesting. Good food, cakes and cream teas!

Definitely worth repeating!
