I ordered a photo on 23 January to be delivered 27 January my mum's birthday on Thursday. Phoned my mum she if she had got photo she hadn't phoned pagazzi it had been sent. We will send another you will get it friday after her birthday and staying in a full day again Friday came no photo 2 days staying in to relieve photo. I had received a parcel force note saying a parcel was waiting at depot so I phoned them the parcel was from pagazzi. So I phoned them again and they had told me they had been sending it to billing address (england) not shipping address (scotland) so they were sending out another on Friday and today my mum got it after staying in 3 days and 5 days late. I got told by Rosalynn to go to website and complain. Not happy with service at all. Never got a proper apology.

The Most Appalling Customer Service

Collected 6 particularly large, cumbersome and expensive light shades and was parked a long way off. Despite being disabled, I do try to be self reliant but occasions arise where everyone could do with some help. It was a quiet evening at the retail park and there were at least five, possibly more, members of staff standing around when I entered the store and not one of them helped. They left me to struggle with six 2 1/2 foot wide lamp shades. If that is 'The Pagazzi Standard' then they seriously don't deserve your custom.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and are more than happy to help customers to their cars with bulky items. Could you please let me know what store this was that you bought from so that I can take this up further with Management? Once again, I cannot apologise enough and will endeavour to make sure that this does not happen again.

Check Online Prices Before You Buy. Can Be Misleading.

I sourced an Isis 3 ceiling light on the Pagazzi Internet Site on 27/04/14 at the sale price of £19.99, reduced from £50.

Phoned regards purchasing this item on 28/04/14 to check they had 3 in stock and was advised they cost £49 each which I disagreed with.

I was asked to bring in a photocopy of the Isis 3 shown on the internet with the sale cost given as they said they could not find this offer on any internet site of theirs.

I assured them it certainly is advertised at £19.99 online.

When I went into the shop with a copy of this offer showing the price of £19.99 the Manager said this offer was lifted/stopped last year from an online site and that a slightly different item is now on sale, the glass is different I was told.

It certainly looked the same to me I could see no difference.

I also said an Isis 3 is an Isis 3 no matter what, even if any change has been made its still the same light and should be sold as advertised.

They refused to sell me this item at the internet cost stated.

Great Customer Service

Thank you for the excellent service – I spoke to you Monday and received the Bulbs yesterday – I am very pleased with the lights which I hope will save me a bob or two in energy, they look very stylish or ”quite with it” according to my adult grandchildren!

This Store Obviously Doesn't Understand Customer Service!!!

My daughter and I called into the Sterling Mills, Tillicoultry store on Wednesday of this week to purchase a light shade for my grand-daughter's bedroom - when my daughter returned home she discovered that it was not suitable after all - we visited the store again today (Sunday) to return the item - were told that, as it was on promotion, that they could only issue us with a credit note - we accepted this - found a replacement shade which was cheaper and were told that we had to use the value of the credit note completely in the one purchase (i.e. if we purchased the cheaper item then they were unable to give us the difference in cash or a credit note to the value of the remaining amount to use towards a purchase made at a later date???? - Surely this cannot be correct?? - To top it all the attitude of the assistant was rude - but, she doesn't seem to care as she was "leaving today to work in another branch" - I DO HOPE THAT THE OTHER BRANCH REALISES THAT THERE IS A TRAINING NEED THERE AND THAT THEY PROVIDE HER WITH THE APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING - Perhaps the organisation should buy into the Institute of Customer Service training courses. The credit note will be used at another branch and I will never return to the Pagazzi store at Sterling Mills, Tillicoultry in the hope that everyone else who has had a bad experience there will vote with their feet and that this store will soon become another one of the empty shop units within this complex!!

Floor Lamp

Whilst in Scotland my wife and me visited the Pagazzi lighting shop in Gretna and purchased 2 floor lamps in polished chrome. They were excellent value for money and more reasonable than similar lamps with the same quality that we had seen. As we were on holiday they were more than pleased to store the lamps for 2 weeks and after picking up the lamps we drove home to South Wales. Unfortunately one of the shades was broken when I started to put the lamps together and sent an email to Scotland. I had an email return the following day and a new lamp shade within 3 days without any fuss or quibbling. They are an excellent company to deal with and I highlyrecommend them. I certainly will be using them again.

Be Aware

I purchased a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a small glass glass corner table on the 27th March at the Braehed Pagazzi store. However realised on returning home that neither were suitable and decided to return both and as the uddingston store is nearer to my home travelled there on the next day, the 28th March not anticipating any problems returning both having read the receipt stating goods must be returned within 7 days unopened.

Arriving at Uddinston advised male salesperson goods unsuitable and I wished to return them, no problem madam however, these goods were 'ON PROMOTION' SO CAN ONLY GIVE YOU A CREDIT NOTE WHICH MUST BE USED IN THE STORE THAT YOU RETURN THE GOODS TO AND THE CREDIT NOTE MUST BE USED WITHIN ONE YEAR.

Please be aware much to my cost, there are red and blue cards on each item stating the price. RED cards are promotion items for sale Blue cards are non promotional goods. At the till the customer is not advised if the goods you are buying are on 'Promotion' you are not entitled to have your money refunde The female assistant advised customers don't listen so cards sit at the till re refunds.

I did contact trading standards for advice who stated this company had covered thenselvs by providing a till receipt regarding Promotional GOODS and their return. I now have a credit notee for £338 which I will not enjoy spending Pegazzi. Please be aware.

Fire In Fitting

I am still in shock, the light fitting we bought last week from Royal Quays branch was fitted same day and worked without problem until today, opened fitting to find a burnt out cable that smelled of fire and some flame marks inside. Obviously this could have caused a fire in our home, I have three daughters which one has a bedroom above. We took fitting back today and the manager was very alarmed and sorry and said they would do anything to help. We will see as they didnt have the same fitting and chose one that would take a while to arrive. Once this has arrived we will decide what further action to take.

Hopefully it was a one off fault but it could easily have been a large fire in our house.
