We are electrical contractors that work in the heart of London and have used novel lighting for a few of our projects now after finding them on a random google search, they have been helpful with stock checks and offer a reliable next day service, delivering direct to site, we have had one faulty product out of an estimated 50-60 units, when we contacted them about this they sent us next day an advanced warranty fitting to replace the faulty one, we sent the faulty one back and got credit back straight away. Great service, reasonably priced and great after sales care would recommend to others or I wouldn't had taken the time to review, guess the other reviewer is trying to blame others for his own mistake of not calling to check prior to ordering, I've always found there website easy to navigate with good descriptions

Managed to order what i thought was 2x lightbulbs in a pack on special offer. Transpires it meant 2x pieces left in stock so only ordered 2 not 4 as i had expected...
