They took my money on the day I placed my order and I received an acknowledgement by email. After eleven days, I had not received the goods, so I emailed them asking why they had not delivered, to which I received no reply. They have no contact telephone number on their website so email is the only way to contact them.

I suspect that the company is trading while insolvent, using money received from customers to pay their long overdue bills to their suppliers. This is illegal trading. One of the first signs of insolvency is failure to provide the goods and services ordered and using money in the way I described above.

I raised a query about my payment with my credit card company and they have cancelled my payment and refunded the money to me.

I should have read the on-line reviews of this company before ordering from this company.

I strongly advise anyone who wants electrical products to buy from other suppliers.

Ordered some led drivers which never arrived so I e-mailed them. After a week I had still not received a reply. The website does not have a telephone number, however, after doing a bit of research I found a number on their 'Terms & Conditions' page which I called. The number was 'not recognised'. By now alarm bells were ringing and I began to look at reviews of this company. They were not very favourable at all with a lot of people in my position who had not received goods and who had no response to e-mails. I thought I had lost my money, but as I had paid using PayPal, I was able to raise a dispute under their Buyer Protection scheme. After e-mailing again via PayPal there was still no response so PayPal escalated my dispute to a claim on my behalf and I thankfully got my money back. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM Leds4less.

Ordered some LED drivers. Great price and arrived quickly, however I soon discovered I did not need them. I emailed to request a returns form as stated in the terms and conditions but no reply.

After emailing 5 times I finally got a returns form, filled it in and returned the item. No refund given and no longer answering emails

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I bought 20 of the Ledify 50w equivalent LED GU10 bulbs for a house refurbishment. With less than 50 hours of run time 3 of them, or 15%, have failed, and as these bulbs were over £7 each when I bought them, that's completely unacceptable. (You can get LED GU10 bulbs in the big DIY sheds for £3 or so.)

I have no faith that the remaining bulbs will not progressively fail in the near future, and therefore they are an extremely poor product. To make matters worse, despite this company's pledge to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and that these bulbs have a stated life expectancy of 50,000 + hours, their guarantee is for a mere 6 months.

As I had stored these bulbs before they were initially used due to the house refurbishment, they are not under guarantee, and I find this pretty poor service. To make matters worse, when I submitted an online review on their website outlining the above, they have failed to publish it. So overall my experience of this company is less than positive. Don't waste your money, would be my advice.

Nearly 50% of the LED 100w replacement bulbs failed within a few weeks.

Returned with their form but no refund , no response to further emails.

I order bulbs. 'My Account' on website still says 'Pending'. No emails from them despite three from me asking what is going on. Found phone number on PayPal transaction but this is 'out of service'. I would recommend avoiding this company altogether.

I ordered 10 bulbs and I was attracted by the good price. They arrived quickly enough. Only 1 bulb was unusable. The big problem is the light quality - its whiter than white and not strong. And this is despite their claim that the LED chips are made by Samsung. The light is like an old pale white fluorescent bulb. Totally different from the quality of the LEDs I have used which produce a soft, warm light, really similar to Tungsten bulbs. As these make the rooms look really cold and uninviting I wanted to advantage of their website claim - 100% satisfaction or return within 14 days. However, you must get a RMA via email first! Several emails later and there is Zero reply by email.

So my advice for the moment is - try someone else - there is plenty of reputable competition. If something goes wrong with these guys you are stuck. (In my case I'll need to approach my credit card company).

I ordered some inexpensive items from their online store. Having not received them more than a week after dispatch, I email them. No response. Unacceptable.

Quality bulbs for a reasonable price. Halogens are the past, LEDs are the future. Would recommend this product.

I have been looking for dimmable gu10 led bulbs to replace my halogen 50W bulbs but didn't want to spend a fortune. From searching the web I came across LEDS4LESS that offered a dimmable led gu10 bulb by LEDIFY with a very good specification in terms of brightness and power consumption at a good price. (490 lumens at 4.5W)They also offered a free Varilight LED specific dimmer as part of a promotional offer. I received the bulbs the next day after ordering which was good and installed them and the dimmer switch the same day. Lets just say I will not be buying a halogen bulb again. These bulbs are actually brighter than my 50W halogens and dim very well to set the mood. Very happy that they are reducing my lighting bill by over 90%.

The site does have videos of other products on its site which actually gave me some confidence in purchasing this product, however a video showing how the bulbs dimmed would have been useful.
