generally appalling service, lie after lie on the help chat

They take your money money and don't deliver goods, when try and contact them by all methose they do not respond

Once they have your money they dont care. Forget refunds, customer support... The lot. Even the threat of court action..... Theyll just ignore you. Less than one star but i cant do that here.

 you owe my mother money. Shame on you.

Be careful with this company as it has taken back goods and never refunded the money after agreeing to do so

3. goods were picked up but no refund has happened even after 1 month

They pretend to inform a manager then do nothing

They are a fraudulent company. please be aware as it cost me a considerable amount of money

Sizes of cut out for lights was basically wrong

Lights were much bigger so 72mm cut out was needed instead of the 68mm on their site

I see from other reviews that they have done this to others.

I will be taking legal action as i see that others have reported to the police as well

they seem to be greeks operating perhaps in greece with a ltd company as a front in the UK

It takes 7 days for the company to answer a mail, 8 days and still no products. The customerservice is a joke with rude stuff. Save your money and dont buy from this company, you will only get disapointed and mad.

I purchased some LED downlights from LEDLIGHTS. After about one year one light failed and I cannot get any response from LEDLIGHTS to get a replacement. They do not respond to emails, they have no phone number so unless you actually go to their premises you will never get anywhere so the 5 year "guarantee" is useless. Avoid this company like the plague!

This company are a disgrace. They will happily take your money under the promise of great customer service, products and a 5 year warranty. Do not be fooled!

Despite a promise of 3-5 working day delivery my order took weeks. Once i received the order it was incomplete. I spoke to somebody on live chat only to be cut off mid way, I emailed them only to have no response and the phone was never answered. Eventually got money back for missing products from credit card.

6 months down the line several of the lights stopped working. No live chat available, no response to email and now the phone number has been removed from their website. Luckily (I thought) I could find it on the invoice, unfortunately the 1st number on the invoice is now out of service and the 2nd one is for a double glazing company (who get 200 calls a week incorrectly). Unfortunately despite returns being under £100 (despite main order being well over this value) the credit card company can't do anything.

Avoid like the plague!

Out of an order of 22 GU10 LED units, 6 have already failed after less than one year. Upon trying to return faulty items was instructed to supply Credit card details from which Led would take 2.95 for the return of EACH item. Note that to return the 6 faulty items would cost only £2.88 small parcel rate. Subsequent attempts to contact this company by Email have failed and the supplied telephone number listed on my invoice belongs to another company. Unfortunately a company that must be avoided at all costs. I will just have to obtain replacements from another source.

This company (not worthy of the name) sent the wrong products, which also didn't work. Almost impossible to contact - phone number disabled, and they close live chat on you as they please.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a number of lighting sets from this company around 6 months ago. Those bulbs are now popping with the front lens being blasted out the front. Went to exercise my warranty rights only to find that they cannot be reached either by phone, live chat or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER WITHOUT A SOLID TRADING HISTORY!!!
