High Vision Floor Light Co-operative Xest

I bought this floor light for my craft room, after a bad experience with an Ottlite lamp.

It was a really good price from Co-operative Xest, as they had a promotional offer on at the time with Ideal World. It compared very favourably with prices of other daylight style lamps.

I chose the floor lamp so that it wouldn't take up room on my craft table, table top version is also available.

The lamp works really well and has a directional head so the light goes where I want it to go, it was a really good buy for the price. It was also delivered very promptly.

The only slight issues that I have with the lamp are that it was a little fiddly to assemble - you have to screw the upright pole together which was a bit tricky to do, partly because there was a lot of lead to put into the hollow of the pole and not much room to fit it in! Also, I would have liked just a little more lead between the lamp and the plug socket, I couldn't see a way to pull out the excess lead in the pole of the lamp to make this bit longer.
