Could do with a longer pull chain, as we have high ceilings, otherwise all good. Delivery was very prompt, but courier did not advise day of delivery prior to its arrival.

Just bought the top hat 5 spot bar light and matching wall spot light. My electrician thought I'd spent hundreds not less than £90. Lovely items, good instructions and fantastic value. My 2nd online purchase and now stored in my favourites. :)

Was told it was in stock by a person on their live chat, I ordered it then got an email saying it was out of stock, I emailed them for a refund and they didn't reply, I finally got my goods over a week later, not happy.
