They Take Your Money And Run
I bought a Colour Remote Control, this stopped working after less than five months so I raised a support request to have it repaired or replaced. Legally, this is still under a standard 12 month manufacturers warranty.
I've got no response whatsoever via email or Twitter, they're quick to take your cash but won't support their products when they go faulty.
Also be careful, when paying by PayPal, you'll see they don't out a description on it so you have no proof of what you've bought.
From my own personal experience and a somewhat lighter wallet I would say NEVER buy from these. Their products are cheap rubbish and their support is non-existant!
For the sake of a tenner, they've lost over £420 of business from me alone.
hi, I recently bought from easybulb and am having the same problem, some other reviewers have said that they got a refund by contacting the number from their paypal transaction receipt. I unfortunately didnt use paypal and have had no luck in trying to contact them. If you could, would u mind finding the mobile number from your receipt? I know this review is very old but im really at my wits end on trying to get my money back.
Poor Customer Service
Order placed online but when it was delivered they sent the wrong items. i have had to pay to send them back. they said they would refund the postage but since the items have been returned i cannot get hold of them. i have tried a number of times but they don't return any emails or calls. very bad service. avoid at all costs.
