Alba F COB11708/715 Single

We chose these wall lights for their classic simplicity to light up our conservatory. The fittings are made of polished brass and the shades are matt opal brandy balloon shaped glass. They cost £30 each which for brass light fittings is quite reasonable. We have put in 40w energy saving light bulbs which give out sufficient light, but 60w bulbs can be used if preferred.

They are a nice classic design, compact and unobtrusive yet stylish.

We just found one small problem and that is the brass has tarnished slightly where the fittings touch the wall. The conservatory is of proper built construction, double glazed all around and heated with no damp, so really they should not be showing any sign of tarnish. However, it is so slight it does not show too much but we hope these lights stand the test of time!
