After using this website before, i ordered 2 large jar candles. 2 weeks later i still hadn't received my order. I tracked my order which told me that it had been delivered to the delivery depot but had gone no further. I consequently contacted the 'yankeedirect' company via email who informed me that the items were with Parcel Force and they would resolve this.

The correspondence has been good via email, however, currently 4 weeks later, i have still not received my products and the only refund they can offer is 'loyalty points' to the value of the delivery charge! Therefore, having to order on their website to benefit from their compensation! Even after expressing that i really was not happy with this and that loyaltypoints should at least be given to the value of one of their products.

They have said this is all they can do and have assured me that my products will be re-sent.

In my opinion, not good enough at all!

The company states you should contact them before returning an item, but fail to reply to any emails and have a none existent customer service. I am now having to retain items I do not wish to purchase as I do not trust them to refund my payment. If they can't answer emails and can't answer the phone then they cannot be trusted. Never purchase from this company they are a disgusting.

My order never arrived.

I failed to get them on the phone (only open 10 - 5 Monday to Friday)! Always goes to voicemail.

I have been calling their customer service line for days.

When I emailed to say the order never arrived they told me to check the post office. The parcel is not sent with tracking information.

To date, no parcel and no refund.

I would count this as amongst the worst customer service I've ever had.

I ordered an item on 4th January which never arrived. They have ignored my messages, and I cannot get them on the phone as it is always an answering machine stating they are either closed or on another call.

The long & short of it is this - they are unreliable, they do not answer messages, and I have had to open a dispute to try and get my money back!

I absolutely adore Yankee candles for all its scented fragrances and recently I bought some Yankee candle products like votive and jar candles online from this website because they are offering many special offers and discounts on almost all the Yankee products. I liked all the Yankee products that they stock and they provided me with goo customer service too. Thought to share it here, so that all the Yankee Candle lovers out there can buy these fascinating candles & gift sets for your Christmas!!

I am a Yankee Candle Fanatic, it has been brilliant to find a site who has great offers and also the delivery time is brilliant. To buy straight from Yankee and dare I say even QVC is very expensive so this site is excellent for us scented candle addicts, also the delivery price is about the best.I don't think I have anything negative to say about the company.

The website is very easy to use and well set out, the prices of the products and postage and packaging is excellent to. Love the fact that you can earn loyalty points and also recieve free gifts on certain spends. The Facebook page is also brilliant with very quick responses and info on all the new offers and items available to us.

Delivery is always fast and everything is always very well packaged. The boxes with 'oooh it's arrived' are a fantastic touch and always make me smile.

I am such a yankee candle fan and recommend Yankee Direct to all my family and friends. I won't be buying my candles from anywhere else and look forward to placing many more orders with them.

If you love Yankee candles you will love Yankee direct. This company is by far the best on the internet as the service is fast and friendly. They offer loyalty points and a free gift which is such a bonus. the only problem you will have with Yankee direct is that you will want to place an order every week as the special offers are so good and new stock is always coming in. I have been ordering from Yankee direct for a while now and I have now got many friends and family ordering from them now. If you are looking for a gift or a treat for yourself this is the place to go as ordering is simple and very fast, I like that you received a confirmation email and that you can save up your loyalty points. I love being updated on Facebook of new stock and special offers.
