Refund Never Given
I was sent the wrong item and, as the item I wanted wasn't in stock I was offered a full refund. Despite contacting them twice since I have yet to receive my refund. I will never be ordering from them again and if you're reading this, neither should you.
Item Never Revived, No Refund, Credit Card Info Stolen
I am an international customer. The product I purchased from here is no longer available in my country and the price was very cheap here so I thought I would try it. Biggest mistake I ever made honestly. I received email confirmation and a notice that the item had shipped. A month and half on and I haven't received any item yet. Tried to get in touch with someone but haven't been able to get through and no one has responded to my messages. It's been days.
More than that, shortly after I made my purchase my credit card information was stolen from this shop and I know for a fact that it was from this store.
These people are not to be trusted!!!

The Shop Continued To Take Money Out Of My Account
The shop continued to take money out of my account 2 months after I had made a purchase! Completely unnecessary and sent an email, but there has been no response, obvious reason why their prices are so cheap, they take more than required...very unhappy and would not reccommend to anyone.
Although the product arrived quickly and worked fine, it wasn't worth it at all considering they're taking money from me.

Made an order 28/12/2013, got confirmation email & made a bank transfer..........went away for xmas & new yr, returned & got taken into hospital due to my disability. Came out this week expecting a parcel to pick up leaflet or an email, something but nothing. Rang up yesterday & got through to a 'manager' with no consumer UK law & with poor English skills.......she went onto say I waited so long etc etc etc but stated 28 days UK Consumer law for refund & she kept interrupting me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, had no manners in any way, was unable to say nothing that was getting so angry........I hang up & stated for her to ring me in 1 hour or will call the police. She did so within 20 minutes with the excuse.......'was in the junk folder'...........which my reponse was how is this my, the customer's problem???? Said wanted refund now BUTTTTTTTTTT the owner is the only one authorised & he's in a meeting all day but will promise he will but in my account tomorrow (today). Waited until 3pm, checked my account & nothing. Rang again & was put through to her again. Again, interrupting me constantly, rude as like she was above me. Stated that not in my account, want my money by 4pm when bank would not process no more, asked for owners contact number but said company policy not to give out. I said ok then, will give your name get the police to ring you & then have no choice but to give!!!!! Put phone down truly fuming!!!! At 4.40pm saw no money in my account by these individuals!!!!! I re-rang as they close at 5pm, spoke to her deputy. His English totally better but was blaming me........how my attitude actually made her nervous & my aggressiveness worried her. I was mortified!!!!! Worst thing was that they had done the refund BUTTTTTTTTTTTT had wrong account details!!!!!!!! I wanted to hide for these people because they do not have a clue. He actually stated & I quote "I do not want your money, want you to have it now, don't ever want you to contact us & do us the favour of never buying from here again" which I responded to 'Can I have that in writing from the company owner or director?' he then went on to say he wont be bothered but he would write me one from him which I agreed to & looked forward to receive at which point will do all I can to close this company!!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY SO CHEAP..............Have to fight for your rights & what you save in the purchase you will spend ringing the companies 0845 number!!!!!!! The fact I have a Masters Degree in Business which this experience has been so brutal. DO NOT ORDER/BUY/ACKNOWLEDGE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi, received my order very quickly well impressed,but however they missed an item off my order, when I rang them there was no apology instead they try act really condescending ,I guess they hope when they make complaints procedure really hard and customer will forget about and not bother,well am no quitter I work hard for my money scented candle shop so I will be getting my item or having a refund ........

Terrible
Received my order from this company and 3 of the candles were smashed so I telephoned them and they asked me to e-mail them the picture showing the damage so I did this and they would send out replacements when they had the picture so of course I gathered the smashed candles and placed them in the bin. I telephoned them the following day and they now want the candles sent back to them but they never said that on the telephone when I called. Later that day I got another e-mail saying that I committed fraud and they want the money. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered 3 Red Christmas pillar candles, received a phone call a couple of days later to advise they weren't in stock however there were ivory candles with the same design, received 3 plain candles with no design, was advised to return them, i sent them back however they claim they haven't received them, after numerous emails they said i had to claim for the cost from the post office. The email they sent advising this was very cheeky and effectively accused me of not returning the candles, i think there's a bit of a scam going on.
Still Waiting
I ordered 3 candles on the 2 November, paid for 1 to 3 day delivery. Its now 11 days and, I'm still waiting, staff are unhelpful, even rude. I received an email from them, stating 'I' should claim off royal mail for lost item.
Sorry but sale of goods Act clearly states the seller is responsible for lost items, not the customer. For a few pounds more, I will now buy while out shopping, its a lot less grief.

This shop is great! Discovered it from Google when looking where to buy Yankee candles.
All the candles are cheaper then in the shop, Delivery is very quick and they do loyalty points, so you can get money off when you have built your points up.
The candles are always packed well, and are received in excellent condition
Would defiantly recommend to anyone!

From a swift telephone call to tell me one of my choices was not in stock (first order) and quickly replaced by something even better, my second delivery arrived in super-quick time, very well packaged and with free delivery!!!
