Very disappointing. Paid $18.95 for 3 day shipping to get candles delivered in time for a ceremony. The candles still have not arrived and it is 7 days after the order was placed. We had to go out and buy candles from a store the day of the ceremony. The manager was very rude when I called to complain about the candles not arriving and refused to refund part of the shipping. I will never order from this site again.

I ordered 228 various sizes of ivory pillar candles for an upcoming wedding from 100Candles.com based solely on the reviews. I am very happy.

They arrived in perfect condition despite Texas 105 heat index. Very well packaged. Delivered as specified on the site map. Color as described. Very reasonably priced. I would defiantly recommend and purchase from this company again.

I am SO impressed! I haven't taken each one out and tested it yet, but my package arrived (in Nova Scotia, Canada) quickly (just over a week) and very well packaged. On top of that, I found some extras - a floralyte and 20 extra batteries! I did try one and it was very bright and the perfect blue :)

The most awesome candles and led lighting and customer service. I order from 100 candles every month. So far we have ordered tea lights, tapers, pillar candles, white candles for weddings and other events as well as candle holders and lanterns. Their LED candles make each table at our events glow and look fantastic. I have never had a problem with this vendor. In fact even when we wait until the last minute to place our candle order, their staff makes it happen and they ship out on the same day. One time they even called me personally because they noticed my order deviated from my usual order so they wanted to verify (sure enough I goofed but they caught it and saved the day)

I wish these guys could train my other vendors to be as pleasant to deal with and on the ball. They are genuine pleasure to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking for great prices on candles.
