just thought I would share some thoughts after reading about some of the poor experiences some others have had of buying furniture online. I had a friend who had some problems with one of the companies mentioned on this forum so I had a look around for another. In the end we went with www.nicefurniture.co.uk this seems to be a simple and straightforward company and their customer service is good. You can email them any time and expect a reply quickly. Everything was good products and delivery. Delivery was slightly longer than they said but they kept me informed the whole time. They say that they aim for an average of two to three weeks delivery time which is fine and with us they were slightly more than three weeks but being kept informed is the key. So would recommend them. We went for oak furniture but they have walnut, mahogany and others and seem to be adding more all the time.
