ordered and paid for a china cabinet on 31st Jan o9 with 6-8 weeks delivery time.I rang Furniture Deal UK at the end of Mar for a delivery date and was told mid April. Mid april I was told end of april,then it went to mid May I asked for a refund & was offered a discount to be patient for a little longer I accepted on condition that if it was not in stock mid May I wanted a full refund immediatly.Mid May I was told mid June I asked for my refund as agreed previously. Numerous phone calls later,all ending with a promise that someone would call me back(no-one ever did)got me nowhere.8 or 9 emails to the accounts got me promises and assurances that my money would be in my account on specific dates it never was.finally 14th July I got my refund no explanation or apology for having my money for over 5 months and not supplying the goods.would not recommend them to anyone. One star is far to high.
