This mattress was delivered ok but after unpacking noticed a disgusting

smell from it. This smell has literally overpowered our home and smells

like bad drains. We aired the mattress first, as advised but had to use

the mattress after 3 days of airing. We have bad headaches and anyone who

visits has smelt this too. I phoned EVE yesterday and the young woman who

answered ssaid the smell takes about 2 weeks to disappear! We have another

week to go then! She even suggested vacuuming the mattress, which to us is odd. Has anyone else had the same problem. It's a £700 mattress after all!

IS IT SAFE?? another question?

Historically I have a bad back but have experienced NO back discomfort for over 3 years (from exercise and lifestyle change) but 6 weeks after sleeping on an Eve mattress, I am experiencing significant lower back pain for the first time in years. DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS MATTRESS if you have back pain or do not enjoy sleeping on soft mattress'. Very disappointed.

great customer service; I called up a while back and they talked me through everything, explained the delivery process and which I have to say I was a bit confused about - the mattress gets delivered in a box...! A week later our eve arrived and my wife and I love it. Very comfortable, gently supportive, and really quite stylish too. Can confidently recommend this one!

I received my eve a week ago and it has changed the way I sleep. Delivered super fast (approx 5 days to San Fancisco), great customer service and fantastic packaging/design. Most importantly the mattress is outrageously comfortable.

The main problem is my husband and I keep oversleeping in the mornings. Hint to eve - you guys should start selling an alarm clock!

I got one of the first US eve's a few days ago, having been recommended to try them by a friend in England. All I can say is wow! I'd had my reservations about memory foam mattresses in the past, but this is amazing - I've never slept so well. The packaging which comes with it is all pretty great as well! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new mattress and like others on here I took a chance with Eve based around the positive reviews and I just liked the look of the product and how EVE as a company seemed to do business. Its a little risky shopping online at times, so with a bit of research done, I decided it was a risk worth taking.

Delivery took a few days, but nothing to worry about. Received the mattress in a very nicely designed box and placed on the bed...beware its quite heavy!

The first mattress had a manufacturing issue, which I reported and this where Eve came into there own in my opinion. Great communications on phone and email with another replacement mattress sent out without any problems

Received the new mattress within a few days and the old one was picked up. They have even promised me an additional special edition mattress cover at no extra cost for my inconvenience. Which is an added bonus!!

The mattress itself is quite firm, which we really love. It really is a quality mattress that ensures you get a really good nights sleep. Supports you in all the right areas, which means its even more difficult to get out of the bed in the morning. So much better than our previous memory foam mattress, which was far to soft and mushy

Even if in a few months time, we decide its not for us, we can just send it back as you get 100 days trial period, which takes some beating!!

The whole process with Eve has been great, so I fully recommend the company and there product :)

I received my new Eve mattress this week and to date have been impressed. The mattress arrived on time, which was a bonus. The way in which it was packaged made it very easy to get the mattress up my stairs and into the main bedroom. Having struggled getting mattresses upstairs before when moving house, this packaging method really helped. Love the design of the mattress too, a real break from the "norm". Have had a few nights sleeping on the Eve now and have been impressed with it's comfort and support. Having slept on a memory foam mattress before, this one seems to be much more supportive. My wife is pregnant at the moment and has been struggling to get comfortable, but she seems happy with the Eve and it's support too. All in all a great service start to finish. Thanks Eve

We got this to replace a firm spring/foam mattress which caused. As others noted "like sleeping on a cloud" and with a return policy we have it a go.

We have had the mattress for over three months and are very pleased with it. The quality of the product is what I would expect for twice the money and the aftercare has been exceptional. My husband and I are totally different weights he is 15st and I am about 8, initially I found the mattress too hard on my hips but frustratingly really supportive everywhere else and contacted eve to return it. This they arranged without any fuss and were very accommodating on. It was only after my husband persuaded me to try it again but swapping sides so I was sleeping on his side that I realised what all the fuss is about and we decided to keep it.

I'm a very busy person so finding eve while searching for a new mattress online was great. I felt like they were talking to me personally. I loved that they take the fuss out of the buying process and the fact there was a 100 day trial meant there was no risk. This twinned with the lovely website, colours and messaging, made me buy straight away! The customer service was great, I received a tracking code by email 3 days after I bought and got my eve the next day. The box it comes in is really cool, it was a lot of fun opening and watching the mattress grow on our bed. We've been sleeping on it for a few weeks and its very comfortable and supportive, we love going to bed! Very happy customers!
