Poor services and product!

Extremely disappointed with their service! We ordered a wardrobe back in February and waited two months for delivery. The installation was scheduled for tomorrow, but they just called to cancel because the door is broken—with no replacement available! Now, they’re giving me two unacceptable options: 1. Buy a completely new wardrobe at full price and wait another 2-3 months. 2. Take one of their damaged display units at half price—even though they’re in poor or broken condition. And the worst part? No apology, no compensation! We’re left to deal with all the inconvenience and extra costs.

Himolla Experience

Christopher Pratts is our go to shop from previous experience. We were looked after by the Himolla expert.

He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He advised us on the best choices for our needs as older people! We finally chose 2 powered recliners and there were numerous choices of leather colours. Overall an excellent experience and we would certainly recommend Christopher Pratts for their great selection of furniture and their expert sales people.

G Plan Poor Qualityand Christopher Pratt Bad Service

Spent over £3000 on Panama suite 4 years ago. When it arrived some of the panels of leather was ragged & 2 sides needed replacing as well as a back. the rest needed re-stretching. Now 4 years later one of the seats where leather is stitched - is showing black - the cream dye having worn off. Christopher Pratt furnishings will not pay the £80 for refurbishing the cover, suggesting that it only lasts 4 years and is due to 'wear & tear.' There are no tears. Another seat almost as equally sat on has no wear.Pratts when told this numerous times refuse to comment.
