I Am Using Swiggiesuk Wrist Water Bottles For Gym
I am using SwiggiesUK wrist water bottles for gym work, running & riding my bike. Some people said they would not hold enough water but they carry a glass full & they are dead easy to refill on your wrist. So no more throw away bottles for me which makes me feel I am doing something towards saving our planet!!!

I Just Bought 3 Pairs For Me & The Kids They Are
I just bought 3 pairs for me & the kids they are truly great I always hated carrying a drink bottle. You just fill them up slip them onto your wrist & go I run bike & do gym with them.
Nice colours and my kids love them. They are wearing them to school they reckon they drink more because they remember better & they have taken them skate boarding. I just wish they'd been invented earlier. Ohh it says handwash straps but I just stick them in dishwasher & they've been fine
