Don't go with this company, take ages to reply to several emails, only replied because I threaten to take action against them for falsely advertising. Then they rip you off saying whatever you send in most of it is rubbish and pay just a few pence for a mound of excellent quality clothes and shoes. Avoid completely rip off merchants.

Absolutely disgusting company.

Sent a large bad of clothes expecting about £17 for the weight as all the clothes were in perfect condition, some of them even brand new with tags. Finally got a payment sent to my paypal of £7 and then they took it back and said it was because I hadn’t set up my PayPal account???

Getting any money for the clothes was a bonus but to actually take back the money they’d sent!

I’d rather of taken them to charity, but instead I fell for their “reliable, fast payment” company website!

Do not use this company as I have been waiting 2 weeks for payment, I received a email confirming receipt of my bag of very good clothes, shoes and handbags but have never received payment. Their support team is non existent as I have sent emails with no response. They say payment within 24 hours what a load of rubbish lies. I shall not be using this so called company again. I'd rather give my goods to charity. There is no telephone number so you have no means of contacting them only this email system which as I said is a waste of time.

Collected my bag, then No communication and no reply’s to any calls or emails sent.

I would have preferred to give to charity, loads of nice clothes sent and felt robbed.

They advertise fast service, that’s not the case!

I had to chase for a confirmation they had received my bag and that was processing. Should not take a week but a few hours once revived. I would have preferred to have weighed and be dealt with in my doorstep but not given that option. Poor communication and lack of efficiency to suit my customer reasons why I had chosen this service as I thought was rapid and professional. Which is far from.

I run a small business and would not under no circumstances treat any of my clients in such a manner. Been a week no payment received so no value for money.

I packaged up a massive bag of decent clothes that I no longer needed. After months of chasing, I received an email claiming my bag had been lost (despite previous emails saying the bag is being processed)! STILL waiting for payment. Ridiculous shoddy business. Avoid like the plague.

3 and a half weeks after they collected my bag (which weighed about 25 kilos), after multiple chases for confirmation and payment, they have now said they have lost my bag. How does one lose a bag that is 2ft and wide and 3ft filled with clothes and shoes? They said they would give me £7 as they said the bag weighed 14 kilos as compensation.

I do not believe that they operate lawfully, do not use their services please. I do believe the reviews below are fake.

They apparently sent me a cheque for £3.50 which was 'lost' on its way to me and they are refusing to replace it!

I sent them a massive sack of clothes and I wasn't even given the £3.50 it was apparently only worth.

AVOID at all costs!
