No Goods Received, But Money Taken

exactly the same as all other reviewers! Money taken for a cake knife and server (£25), but nothing received. Avoid

Ripoff Company

Same has all the other reviews ordered 2 pans, received an email saying 1 pan out of stock, would send both items when stock received, emailed 1 week later told awaiting a delivery. Finally received 1 pan, to date still not received the wok i ordered, and like all other reviews no answers to emails or phone calls now. Has this business gone bankrupt, would love to know.

Fraud Company, Stay Away!

If I could have given zero stars I would have done it.

I ordered a product from cookwaree online April 3, commodities were in stock, but the day after, I got the message that one item was out of stock, and the shipment would be done in 5 days, but on April 8 diaper money is withdrawn from my account, but I still have not received my item delivered to my address in Denmark, I have written 3 e-mail, it says on the website that emails will be answered within 24 hours, but I sent the email on April 16, May 7 and the 23 May but they have taken no action whatsoever. So it seems my money is lost.

So keep yourself far away from the company.

I Ordered A Set Of Plates Worth £136 On March 17th

I ordered a set of plates worth £136 on March 17th. I was emailed the next day they were out of stock and they would be dispatched in 2 weeks. I haven't heard back from them, noone replies to emails or phone calls.

I paid using a credit card so I suppose there is no way to get the money back through my bank.

Do no use cookware-online! They will take your money and not send the goods!

Report them to Action Fraud. They are a subsidiary of Pots and Pans. There are very negative reviews there too.

One person suggested they had gone into liquidation but are still taking money for orders. I ordered a frying pan on 4/5 April still not received it or my money.

Money Taken, No Goods

Ordered 2 pans some time back which were listed as "in stock", then received an email to say "out of stock" and was assured they would be sent as soon as in stock. At that time the money had not been debited from my Mastercard, however, shortly after that it was and despite trying to contact the company by phone and email have not had any response or managed to speak to anyone.

Best shop elsewhere ...

Same Problem. Ordered Two Knives Two Months Ago. A

same problem. ordered two knives two months ago. after getting the same 'out of stock' email, i eventually recieved one of them. The other however is still nowhere to be seen. no response to emails, phonecalls etc. I emailed citizens advice, who suggested calling my bank. i did this, and i have just filled out a form and sent all email correspondance to the bank. who will investigate further and recover the money. apparently if u used a visa debit, within 120 days the bank can reverse the transaction. The company has clearly gone under, as every item on the website is now out of stock. Probably a good thing this company is going up the walls

I ordered a pressure cooker from this company in late March they emailed me in early april to tell me the item was out of stock and should arrive within 2 weeks they then debited my account. i have never received the item despite sending many emails and trying to contact them by phone. Very frustrating, I will contact my bank regarding recovering the money.

I have had a similar problem. Back in March I ordered a Ken Hom Wok, it arrived but was defective, I emailed the company who then emailed me back & arranged for their courier to pick it up on 16th April...to this day I still have not received my refund, several emails and phone calls later and nothing...I have now contacted my bank for help. Rubbish company, do not deal with them!!!

Bankrupt?

I'm in exactly the same position as the other reviewers. Ordered an in-stock item, received an out-of-stock confirmation the day after and haven't heard back since. The custumer helpline in the email doesn't seem to exist and no-one picks up the phone when calling the number on the website. No reaction on emails either. Has this business gone bust?

Do Not Use This Company

I ordered kitchen scales and weights 6 weeks ago money taken out of the account within a few days I received an e-mail to say out of stock and the order would be with me within 7-10day still not received It about time companies like this should not be allowed to trade on the internet.

Warning....do Not Use This Company!!!

I ordered a pan set over a month ago, was emailed a few days later to say not in stock but expected stock with 5-7 days. However over a month later still not received! The money was taken straight away! I have tried phoning...but no answer! I have left messages but no response and I have emailed with no reply! I am disgusted and believe this company to be fraudulent! Please do not use them!

get in touch with your bank, same has happened to me...I got in touch with Citizens advice, they advised sending a letter recorded delivery to the company and or contacting your bank to see if they do 'chargeback' I spoke to my bank during a live web chat earlier, they have given me a number to ring tomorrow to try to claim the money back. Hope this helps...shocking company ripping people off!!!

I too ordered from this company on 29th March, money was taken from my account on 2nd April. They acknowledged my order on 1st April. I subsequently received an email to say that they wout of stock and would have more in during next 5-7 day. I emailed on 21st April saying it was now 3 weeks since they advised delay in receiving stock. They emailed on 24th April to sayt they were working to clear backlog of errors due to technical fault. This morning I tried to telephone only to have an answerphone message. I left my telephone number and now at 12.30 pm have heard nothing. Where do I go from here?

Appauling Service

Ordered a pressure cooker from cookware-online.co.uk with express delivery.

3 days later I had an e-mail saying the item was out of stock when it had shown as in stock on their website!

They offered to refund the express postage and ship the item as soon as it arrived. Still waiting for both the refund and the product!

Have tried to call 8 or 9 times and never had an answer or a call back. I've had one email reply to say they're having technical problems but no more information or communication!
