Had Mick and James round to assess a problem that i had with my wooden flooring. They came round exactly when they said they would and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They were very respectful towards my posessions when moving them and asked before they carried out any works to make sure i was happy with what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that i could understand and relate to making the whole process a lot easier for myself.

Within a time period of about 15 minutes they had discovered exactly what the problem was and advised exactly how to go about solving it.

Many thanks to both of them and we will certainly be calling them again if we have any problems in the future.
