Beware of this company! I rang them on Saturday for an emergency cleaning on Sunday morning and they were quite happy to tKe. Booking for 10:30/11am. On Sunday morning, less than 30 mins before they should have arrived, the main contact (with whom I originally made a booking) called me to say they were going to be late due to a pre ious job (which they did not mention when i requested availability, the day before), and said they were going to come between 2-2:30pm instead....

At 2:35, with no signs of them, I rang them and no one answered the phone (twice). I the. Sent a text message asking where they were and got told they were going to come to my place around 4pm, at which point i obviously declined their services, as i think is ludicrous to charge for a full day clean, to then probably receive a very poor cleaning by exhausted staff....

After my text message, the "boss", did not even have the courtesy to phone me up and apologise for the massive mess he left me in.

I was relying on them to do a morning cleaning so that we could have moved back in to our flat by Sunday evening, which is now obviously not going to happen.

So unreliable, i would not ever call again in my whole life.
