Unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. This agent charges a month of agency fee in advance of the service. We asked for a regular cleaner (same cleaner) to clean our flat on a weekly basis. Every week the time and date were changed in last minute. We were sent a different cleaner every week. One week the cleaner arrived 3+hours late with no prior notification. We cancelled the service after 3 weeks of service. The agent refused to refund week 4 undelivered service. Very unprofessional and unreliable agent. Cleaners have very basic skill. Worse is the agent which broke our agreement given undelivered service. Avoid this agent.
