I am so disappointed with the service here. I took a dress in for repair and when I collected it, they had done such a bad job I had to ask them to undo what they had done, they had made such a mess of such a beautiful, expensive dress. Customer service was appalling, they called me a liar, saying the dress was in this state when I brought it in - it wasn't. And then the proceeded to charge me (too much) for the dry cleaning of a jumper. I highly recommend you avoid this place if you value your clothes! Another thing, they couldn't quote me a price until 2 days after I put the items in, I had to visit the shop 4 times to get a quote and to get my clothes back.
