Vax 6141 Pet Vax

We purchased A Vax hoover which was recommended for pet hairs , but to be honest it kept clogging up

After just a few months the machine broke and a replacement was sent after much arguing

However , some 18 months later this unit became faulty and it actually burnt a mark into a brand new carpet

I contacted Vax about this as not only did I now have a faulty vacuum , but a brand new carpet with a burn mark in it

All Vax replied with is that the warranty for the original unit had expired ( 2 years ), but I argued that the unit in question that had caused the damage was under 2 years old .

All the so called customer service sent was a copy of their terms and conditions blah blah blah

The product itself was useless ,and the aftercare service was even worse

Dont waste your time with Vax

I would give this product no stars at all if this site let me .
